Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been paid & the appointment request has been accepted. Your deposit will be applied to the services rendered during your visit. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be consider a NO-SHOW and will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable. This includes no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. At NUYU Day Spa we value and respect our clients and practitioners time and appreciate your understanding regarding our deposit policy *Full payment is still required.*
